Postage

We aim to post items (unless prior to release date) on the same working day if ordered before 1pm.

We currently only ship to the UK, please contact us if you require custom shipping at this time, we are working to expand our shipping destinations, please sign up to our newsletter for updates and check back regularly

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied when you recieve your purchase, we offer a 14 ‘hassle free’ returns policy. This means that any item can be returned to us for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, providing the item is returned to us in it's original condition, un-used and un-opened in it's original packaging. You are responsible for the postage costs of returns. You can initiate a return via your order history page or alternatively can be contacted for returns using the Contact Us form on this website.

Breakages

Some of our products are very fragile, and although we try to minimise breakages through various means, accidents do happen. If you receive your order and it's been damaged in transit, please let us know as soon as possible. We will ask for photographic proof of the damaged item to be sent to info@head-shot.com and we will then arrange to have a replacement sent straight out to you.
